What makes Dominion Trading Co. coffee different from other coffees?
We differ from other coffee sellers in several ways:
- Through our coffee sales, we give back to the Ethiopian Coffee Farmers that produce the beans.
- The beans produced in Ethiopia are some of the best beans in the world and are known for their mild flavor.
- All coffee is fresh roasted and bagged immediately to our wholesale and retail customers. You can count on the freshness of our coffee.

How do I track my coffee order?
- Go to My Account at the top right of your screen.
- Sign-in with your username and password. If you have forgotten your username and password, click here.
- Once you are signed in, the status of your order will be displayed.
Storing and brewing our coffee
How should I store my coffee to keep in fresh?
- Store a week's worth of ground coffee in an airtight container at room temperature.
- Whole beans of coffee last longer than ground and can be stored at room temperature for up to a month.
- If you are storing larger volumes of the coffee, you can keep it in the freezer. However, for optimal results, buy only a week's worth at a time and grind it just before using.
What are the most important things to know about brewing coffee?
- Grind your coffee just before using, or use fresh grounds.
- Use the correct amount of coffee; about 2 Tbsp. for 6 oz. of water.
- Use fresh, cold water.
- Don't re-heat coffee.
